Membership pricing
$85 per month per member.
Families pay no more than $255 per month for household membership. The enrollment fee is $60 per person.
We quote labs, tests, imaging, and procedures before care. Non-members may schedule pay-per-visit care for $225 per office visit or telemedicine visit during office hours.

Monthly household maximum when more than 3 members at the same address are enrolled.
